Only online info I can find on this piece is: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1335697453/antique-ornately-carved-priming-powder. It is a gun powder flask, BUT, I think it's an 1920-30s reproduction of an 18th century piece. Brass and celluloid body--design is obviously rather risque with curling female bodies. Interesting item, great for gun collection.
