Was intending on making into a 1br for my teenager. I have a ceiling fan, toilet, kitchen sink, apartment size stove, bathroom sink that I can sell with it.
I have a floor plan drawn out that I was using for my plans. Was going to have a large bathroom/ laundry room. Living room with kitchenette. And good size bedroom.
You get permits and move.
